"CKG helps you determine your weakest link and educates you as to why you need to focus on a particular system, there is no guessing in the equation."

Ashley Greensmyth

Ashley Greensmyth is a graduate of Adler University with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. Ashley takes a holistic approach to mental wellbeing that incorporates mindfulness skills and behavioural interventions to increase self-awareness and create new behavioural patterns. Through training and clinical supervision, Ashley has a perspective that offers freedom to explore the unconscious (such as in dreams and early experiences) in a way that is accessible and down-to-earth. She is also interested in somatic and art therapy modalities in addition to conventional approaches.

Ashley believes that a healthy, balanced and purpose-filled life can be achieved through increasing self-awareness, adjusting unhelpful patterns and becoming more connected to one’s surroundings. Outside of the counselling office, Ashley focuses on maintaining a healthy lifestyle that balances nutrition, exercise, leisure, play, personal reflection and time outdoors. She also volunteers for local foundations and supports local humane societies, women’s equality and the LGBTQ community.
