Adam studied, and continues to study, exercise science. He spent time abroad learning weight training philosophies which led him to work within the Triphasic training philosophy. He uses timing methods to target what energy system is being stressed as well as time under tension during the loading process to maximize force velocity over a training period. He has spent 10 years working with all level of hockey players from 8 year olds to the NHL. He works with teams, groups and individuals. He also runs general fitness sessions and recovery sessions.
